The floral process.

The process is designed to be unobtrusive and supportive to you and your family.

After an initial chat I come and meet with you at your home, or at the funeral directors, for a consultation. After this you receive a quote from me that reflects your requirements, and if you wish to go ahead I will confirm the floral requirements via email. Once confirmed full payment is taken either over the phone or by bank transfer.

I liaise with the funeral directors on your behalf and answer any queries in the run up to the funeral. On the day, I arrange delivery to the funeral directors, attach card messages giving you the space to focus on the day. I’m also happy to send any images of the floral tributes to friends and family who can’t attend.
